Join Trevor Hausauer, FNP-C, FMCP-M for a clear, practical look at symptoms, testing, treatment options, and what a “normal” lab result can and cannot tell you.

Why This Conversation Matters

Testosterone is not only a men’s health conversation.

Men and women can experience hormone-related changes differently. This webinar is designed to help both audiences recognize what may be worth discussing without assuming that every symptom is caused by testosterone.

A 37-Second Perspective From Trevor

Testosterone is not just a men’s hormone.

Women often hear “testosterone” and assume the conversation is not meant for them. Trevor explains why testosterone can matter for both men and women, even though the symptoms, evaluation, and treatment considerations are not the same.

For MenEnergy, strength, sexual health, recovery, and body composition can all raise questions worth evaluating.
For WomenDesire, stamina, muscle, cognition, and well-being require a more nuanced hormone conversation.
For Men

When you do not feel as strong, sharp, or driven as you used to.

These concerns can have many causes. Testosterone is one possibility that deserves appropriate evaluation.

  • Lower energy or motivation
  • Changes in strength, endurance, or recovery
  • Lower sex drive or changes in erections
  • More abdominal fat or less lean muscle
For Women

When energy, desire, strength, or well-being feels different.

Hormone health in women is more complex than one laboratory number, which is why context and clinical evaluation matter.

  • Changes in sex drive or desire
  • Persistent fatigue or reduced stamina
  • Changes in muscle tone or body composition
  • Brain fog, mood, or reduced sense of well-being
Inside The 45-Minute Session

Four questions Trevor will help you answer.

The goal is not to convince everyone that they need treatment. The goal is to help you understand when testosterone may be worth investigating and what a responsible next step looks like.

01 / RECOGNIZE

Could testosterone be part of the picture?

Learn how symptoms can cluster across energy, sexual health, strength, recovery, mood, and body composition.

02 / TEST

What do your lab numbers actually mean?

See why timing, repeat testing, symptoms, and the broader clinical picture matter more than one isolated number.

03 / UNDERSTAND

What can influence testosterone levels?

Explore age, sleep, stress, body composition, medications, lifestyle factors, and other contributors that can affect hormone health.

04 / DECIDE

What are the options if something is off?

Review lifestyle foundations, treatment approaches, monitoring, safety considerations, and how care is individualized.

30+
The age at which a new 2026 military policy brought routine testosterone screening into the national conversation.
Why Testosterone Is In The News

The military made testosterone a readiness conversation. What does that mean for everyone else?

Trevor will use the new military screening policy as a starting point, not as a one-size-fits-all medical recommendation. You will learn what screening can tell you, what it cannot tell you, and how civilian evaluation should be approached thoughtfully.

Meet Your Presenter

Trevor Hausauer

FNP-C • FMCP-M • Founder, Valley Vital Medicine

Trevor leads Valley Vital Medicine with a functional medicine approach focused on understanding the larger clinical picture rather than treating one symptom or one laboratory value in isolation.

During this session, he will break down testosterone in plain language, explain where symptoms and testing fit together, and discuss how treatment decisions are individualized.

The first step is not deciding that you need testosterone. The first step is understanding whether testosterone is actually part of the picture.

Choose the men’s or women’s path, note the symptoms that apply to you, and bring your questions to the webinar. The check-in is for screening and awareness, not diagnosis.

Before You Register

Common questions.

Is this webinar for both men and women?

Yes. Testosterone plays a role in both sexes, but the symptoms, evidence, testing context, and treatment considerations are not identical. Trevor will address those differences directly.

Do I need to have testosterone results before attending?

No. You can attend whether you have never been tested, were previously told your results were normal, or already have laboratory results you want to understand better.

Will this webinar diagnose low testosterone?

No. The webinar is educational. A diagnosis requires an appropriate clinical evaluation and, when indicated, laboratory testing with a qualified provider.

How long is the webinar?

The session is designed to stay close to 45 minutes, including a concise next-step discussion and time for questions.

What if I cannot attend live?

Yes. Register even if you cannot attend live. We will send replay access after the session so you can watch when your schedule allows.
